PURCHASING METHOD
1. To check out products available for purchase or order, please click at Bags / Wallets , Watches, Cosmetics, Sunglasses, Kids / Baby / Mommy , Offer & SALES , Sports & Gadgets, Available Items.
2. To check out about the products details & descriptions, please click ‘+more details’ button OR click at the name of each product.
3. If buyer confirm to purchase the product, please fill up the PURCHASE FORM
4. We’ll email buyer back with an invoice within 48 hours according to the contact information provided.
5. Once buyer received the invoice, kindly proceed with payment within 24 hours or item will be open to other buyer interested.
6. Please email to rosestreats@gmail.com once payment done with the proof of payment and payment details (bank,time,date,amount) & mailing details (receipient name, shipping address, contact number).
7. Once payment reflected to seller’s bank account & mailing details confirmed, item will be post out to buyer within 48 hours.
8. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer or updated at the website once item posted.

We also accept major credit cards via Paypal. Paypal fee (+4%) to be paid by customer with no exceptions. Well if buyer refuse to pay the PayPal fees, please pay via cash payment using the above method.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All items here are AUTHENTICS, NEW, UNTESTED UNLESS stated so in the listings/postings.
For USED or PRE-LOVED items will be stated clearly at the listing.
2. All sales are final. Serious buyers only. No last minute back outs! Dead beat buyers will be blacklisted.
3. All items purchase are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable. Please ask all necessary questions before purchase.
4. Seller will not be held responsible for any delay,damage,lost,stolen items upon delivery. This is because delivery/postage services companies/provider is beyond seller control once item posted. All items are checked & packed safely to ensure safe delivery.
5. No reserve since we do sell this products at other places (non virtually).
6. If buyer want us to RESERVE any item/s, please pay half deposit (50%) which is NOT refundable or returnable upon cancellation or backout.
-50% deposit will be required immediately.
-50% balance must be paid with 2 days.
-We will deliver your item(s) soonest after Full Payment is remitted.
7. All items price are NOT include postal charges, unless stated so in the listing.
8. NO LAST MINUTE BACKOUT / NO BACKOUT once buyer confirmed to purchase & done with checkout. Serious buyer only!

Are your items 100% Original / Authentic?
Yes, enough said. Unless stated otherwise in the listing.
Why are most of your items cheaper than Retail Price ?
Some of the items are bought during the sales and some from new/offseason/liquidation/overruns/store display/returns from USA.
Some of the cosmetics products are purchased during the sales locally from the local official distributor.
If there is a major flaw, we will state in the description
Purchases made are at your own risk and as they say, if you want a 100% defect free item, please do purchase them at the respective stores/boutiques near you and pay the respective prices.
Made in China ?
Yes, some of the items are made in China. However they are 100% authentic & original bought in USA. Kindly take note, today mojority of USA brands such as COACH,Guess,Nine West and such are made in China/Vietnam/India. Feel free to go to Guess, Coach, Nine West boutique, store, outlet in Kuala Lumpur or near you and you can check that their items are made in China too.
Does the items comes with tags, dustbag or boxes ?
Items may or may not come with the tags.

How to reserve an item?
50% deposit will be required immediately.
50% balance must be paid with 2 days.
We will deliver your item(s) soonest after Full Payment is remitted.
What will happen to my deposit for reserved item if I want to cancelled/change of mind/MIA/backout?
The deposit payment will NOT be refunded for whatever reason. Serious buyer only!
Can I pay by installments?
Yes, split into 2 payments. Allowable up to 2 months Only (from date of purchase)
Item will be delivered once full payment is received.
Do I get any refund for installments if I want to cancel/MIA/change of mind about my purchase?
No. We do NOT do any refund for whatever excuses. SERIOUS buyer only!
What shipping method do you use locally ?
We normally use POSLAJU, Registered Mail
POS EKSPRES ( for smaller items)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.

How about refunds ?
We do refund your deposit or your full payment , in case your item is Out-of-Stock.
